Who we are

WorldHome is an independent property discovery and translation platform operated by Tyler Stewart, 101 Greystone Glen Dr, Birmingham, AL 35242, USA.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address, sign-in details, saved searches, alerts, watchlists and settings.
• Payment data: subscriptions and purchases are processed by Stripe; we store payment status, not card numbers.
• Enquiries: details you submit when contacting a listing agent through WorldHome.
• Business contact data for outreach: names, company names and business email addresses of real-estate agents and companies, taken from their publicly published business pages.
• Replies to our emails, and records of opt-outs, bounces and complaints.
• Property data: publicly listed factual details, and additional content only where the listing owner has given permission.

How we use it

• To run your account and the features you use.
• To contact agents and companies to ask permission to display their listings, and to handle their replies.
• To forward buyer enquiries to the listing agent.
• AI tools help translate content and sort incoming replies; a person reviews anything uncertain.

Service providers

We use hosting and database services, Stripe for payments, an email delivery service for outgoing mail, Resend for receiving replies, Firecrawl for reading public web pages, and AI model providers for translation and reply sorting.

Opting out

If you receive an email from us, reply "unsubscribe" or "stop", or use the unsubscribe link in the email. We record the opt-out and will not contact you again. Partners can remove their listings at any time, and removed listings are not re-added.

Retention and deletion

We keep records of emails, opt-outs and listing removals so they stay respected. To request access to or deletion of your data, email tylerstewartwsre@gmail.com.
